Rhodendron, Ore. — The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office says the Search and Rescue Team is looking for two lost hikers near the Paradise Park Trail.

According to the Sheriff’s office, a group of six hikers had been hiking the Paradise Park Trail on Tuesday.  Four of the hikers returned to their cars around 2:30 p.m..  It was then they realized that both 71-year-old Anna Jung and 71-year-old Suki Jung were missing from the group.

Search and Rescue crews say the area is made of up of steep terrain, dense forest and many other leading trailheads. This makes it challenging for rescue crews to search the area.

The Sheriff’s Office is currently searching the area with the help from Pacific Northwest Search and RescueWashington County Sheriff’s Office Explorer Post 877Mountain Wave, and Portland Mountain Rescue.
