Salem Man Arrested In Connection With Two Shootings

(Salem, OR) — Salem Police have arrested a suspect in two shootings.

On December 27th, a man at a northeast Salem apartment complex was assaulted and shot as he tried to run for safety.

The other incident happened on December 30th at a parking lot where two men asked the victim for a ride and when he refused, he was shot.

Both victims survived.

Twenty-five-year-old Kenneth Felton was arrested on Sunday and faces two counts of second-degree attempted murder, and other charges.
