Rose Quarter To Remove Mask And Vaccination Requirements March 12th

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Trail Blazers and the Rose Quarter are making a major COVID-19 related change.
Starting on Saturday, March 12th, masks will no longer be required on the Rose Quarter campus, including inside Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
The team also says it’s removing the mandatory vaccine or testing requirements to enter a venue.
