Portland, Ore. — A reward is being offered for information on an apartment fire in Northwest Portland last month.

Police say the fire was started in the stairwell of the The Yards at Union Station about 4:30 in the afternoon on May 19th.

Surveillance video shows the suspect setting fire to a piece of clothing in the stairwell.

The suspect is described as a black man wearing a green shirt, black pants and a white baseball hat with the word WORLDWIDE on the front.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to 25-hundred dollars for information that leads to the suspects arrest.
