PORTLAND, Ore. – If you want to watch a Blazers or Winterhawks game this fall, you must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 3 days of the game.
The policy extends to all events at the Rose Quarter, including concerts.
The policy will be in place until further notice.
Masks are also mandatory at all times inside Moda Center or Memorial Coliseum.
