Portland’s Unemployment Rate Falls To 3.4 Percent

PORTLAND, Ore. – The unemployment rate in the Portland Metro Area fell from 3.6 percent in May to 3.4 percent in June.
About 4 thousand jobs were added over the month.
Almost 45,000 residents were unemployed last month, that’s over 8,000 fewer than a year ago.
