Portland’s Unemployment Rate Drops Slightly

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Metro-Area’s unemployment rate dropped from 4.3 percent in February to 4.1 percent in March.

However, it’s still higher than a year ago when it was 3.8 percent.

Employers last month added 500 jobs following a gain of 200 in February.
