(Portland, OR) — Portland’s real estate market is picking up.
New listings, pending sales, and closed sales all increased from April to May, but they’re below levels from the same time last year.
Inventory increased slightly to one month.
It’s taking around 18 days to sell a house.
The median price is 549-thousand dollars, which is an increase of 12-percent from May of 2021.
