Portland Police Asks For Help To Solve 2019 Shooting

PORTLAND, Ore. – Portland Police is asking for help to identify the person who shot and injured a woman in Southeast Portland 3 years ago.

Officers were called Southeast 146th and Stark around 8:45 on the night of April 23rd, 2019 and found the woman shot.

Police later learned she and her boyfriend were sleeping in their car when someone fired and hit her.
