Police Search For Man In Connection To Shooting

Portland, Ore. — Police are asking for the public’s help finding a man they call a “person of interest” in a shooting that took place March 7th.

Detectives are looking for 34-year-old Noah Charles Smith.

Police say he is a person of interest in a shooting that occurred on March 7th, at SW Barur Blvd and SW Capital Hwy and he needs to be interivewed.

It’s believed that Smith is armed and dangerous and should not be approached.  He is also known to frequent homeless camps.
