Police Look For More Possible Victims Of Accused Child Sex Offender

Milwaukie, Ore. — Milwaukie Police are seeking information regarding possible additional minor victims in a case involving 38-year-old Kevin Goddard. On April 26, 2023, Mr. Goddard turned himself into the Clackamas County Jail on charges related to a CyberTip through the Oregon Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force.

As part of the National Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program, Milwaukie Police have been investigating Mr. Goddard’s contacts with an adult female that allowed him to access a minor child for the purpose of obtaining materials related to sexually explicit conduct involving the child.

Mr. Goddard faces multiple criminal charges, including Using a Child in a Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct (5 counts) and Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (6 counts). Despite the charges, he was released on bail.
