Pedestrian Hit by Car on Southeast Foster Road

Portland, OR. — A pedestrian was struck by a car while crossing Southeast Foster Road near 71st Avenue just before 8:30 p.m. Thursday night. The crash temporarily shut down Foster Road between 72nd and 68th Avenues. Portland Police say the driver stayed at the scene. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
