Pedestrian Dead, Hit By Car On Morrison Bridge

PORTLAND, Ore. — A man died when he was hit by a car on the Morrison Bridge late Sunday afternoon.

The driver was going westbound near the on-ramp from I-5 southbound just before 5:00pm.

There’s no word why the man was in traffic.  He has not yet been identified.

This is the 23rd fatal crash in Portland this year and the 12th involving a pedestrian.
