Paddle Boarder Who Drowned At Frenchman’s Bar Identified

VANCOUVER, Wash. — A man who drowned at Frenchman’s Bar Park last week after falling off a paddle board has been identified.
28-year-old Jason Karr from Hillsboro was struggling to swim on the afternoon of July 18th. Rescuers with Vancouver Fire searched for him, but he had already been underwater for several minutes.
Divers with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue team recovered his body.
