Oregon’s Weekly COVID-19 Report Shows Decreases

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Oregon Health Authority’s weekly COVID-19 report shows sharp decreases in daily cases, hospitalizations and deaths.

Between Monday, February 15th and Sunday, February 21st, daily cases dropped 35 percent, hospitalizations fell 42%, and deaths decreased from 114 to 17.

That marks the lowest weekly death toll since June.

Oregon’s percentage of positive tests last week was 3.5 percent.
