Oregon’s EPA Act

Portland Ore – Oregon Governor Kate brown signed into law the Oregon Environmental Protection Act today. The new law adopts the federal Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act into state law. Those standards have been lowered since the President took office. Several states, like Oregon, have adopted the original Act to prevent the erosion of core laws that protect our environment.
