PORTLAND, Ore. – The U.S. Attorney for Oregon has announced he’s leaving.

Scott Asphaug says he’ll become the Justice Department’s Resident Legal Advisor in Nairobi, Kenya.

He’ll work with Kenyan law enforcement on justice sector issues.
