Oregon Supreme Court Justice Balmer To Retire In December

SALEM, Ore. – There will soon be an opening on the Oregon Supreme Court.
Justice Thomas Balmer will retire at the end of the year.
He has been on the state’s high court since 2001 and served as Chief Justice from 2012 to 2018.
Governor Kate Brown is now accepting applications to fill the vacancy.
