Oregon Gas Pump Rules Change Due to Heat

Portland, Ore  – Oregonians can pump their own gas today. The State Fire Marshal is suspending the usual rules because of the expected high temperatures today.

Any business that chooses to continue with full-service is encouraged to provide ample water and areas to keep cool for employees. The temporary order is in effect through 11:59 Friday night.
