Four people were pulled from the water by rescuers after the 38-foot vessel capsized at around 4:40 p.m. Saturday. Two were extracted within about 20 minutes and a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter rescued a third crew member soon after.

The fourth crew member was not located until more than two hours after the incident, The Oregonian/OregonLive reported.

One of the four crew members was declared dead during the rescue.

Of the others, one was treated at a hospital and released, one was admitted in stable condition and the last crew member was sent by ambulance to a Portland hospital in critical condition, said Eric Swanson, president of Adventist Health Tillamook hospital.
