ODOT Reviews The I-5 Rose Quarter Plan

PORTLAND, Ore–The Oregon Transportation Commission meets at Noon today to look at look at a recommendation by the Historic Albina Advisory Board  Hybrid 3 option for the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project.  Several issues have come up in planning for the improvements. Tubman School could be severely impacted.  This is also a high traffic area where tolling has been proposed.  Clean Air advocates worry about the pollution from the freeway and what could happen to residents and businesses nearby.
