Customers can phone in orders, but be prepared to in some cases  to wait for hours to get through. At times a message comes on saying to try again because all lines are busy.  The popular market is not having problems getting and selling beef and pork products.  Customers are asked to text a specific number once they arrive leaving their last name and phone number.  Someone with the market calls back asking for credit or debit card information to complete the order.  Within 10 minutes an employee comes out with the order and loads it into customers cars, vans or trucks.
