Portland, Oregon – Nike is hit with a new class action lawsuit from four women who say working there was too much for them to take. Their lawyer tells OregonLive, Nike has a real good-old-boy’s culture. Women came into the company paid less than men, then were ranked more harshly. The attorney says some of the people responsible for the problem are still working at Nike. Nike officials have declined to comment.

This comes after Nike fired at least 11 executives this past spring, though it did not publicly accuse them of anything. The new lawsuit accuses Nike of violating the federal and Oregon Equal Pay Acts and the Oregon Equality Act.
