VANCOUVER, Wa–Making room for more cars, part of Highway 14 in Washington will soon have 3 lanes in both directions. WSDOT says the changes will happen between I-205 and Southeast 164th. The median barrier will be shifted North, shrinking the width of the left-hand Westbound Shoulder. That will give ore spaces on the Eastbound side of the freeway. An existing bus-only-lane will be kept on the onramp from 164th Avenue to Highway 14.
