Portland, Ore. – A foster child from Portland is missing and may be in danger. 16-year-old Zion Gallaher vanished about two and a half weeks ago and hasn’t been seen since. He’s 5’10,” about 180 pounds, with a dark complexion, hair and eyes. He knows the downtown Portland and Sandy areas well. Call police if you see him.
