Found Safe: Missing Elderly Woman in Vancouver

Vancouver, WA – (Update) ***Update***  Ms. Echlin was located with the help of a Silver Alert, and an astute driver recognizing the vehicle.

Keep your eyes open this morning for a missing elderly woman in Vancouver. 94-year-old Elinor Echlin goes by “Penny.” She went to a doctor’s appointment yesterday morning but never came home. She’s white, about five foot three, 140 pounds, gray hair and green eyes. She drives a red 2003 Toyota Camry with Washington license plates 670 PNT. If you see her please call the Vancouver Police Department through the Columbia Regional Emergency Services Agency at 311 or 911.
