Mingus Mapps Unseats Chloe Eudaly On Portland City Council

PORTLAND, Ore. — There’s another new face coming to the Portland City Council.  Mingus Mapps replaces Commissioner Chloe Eudaly.

Mapps was declared the winner on Tuesday night with 56% of the vote.  He used to work in Commissioner Eudaly’s office.

Eudaly was ousted after one term.  She was elected in 2016 to replace Commissioner Steve Novik.
