Man Stabbed In Temple In North Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. — A man was stabbed in the temple with a knife in the Kenton neighborhood of North Portland on Wednesday morning.

The victim took shelter in a neighbor’s apartment on Argyle Way just off Columbia Blvd.  They are expected to survive.

33-year-old Said Mohamad was tracked down and arrested.  He’s charged with Assault II and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.

Investigators have not said what led up to the stabbing or if the men knew each other.
