Man Shot & Killed In Portland’s 22nd Homicide

PORTLAND, Ore. — For the second time in two months, somebody was shot and killed near Northeast 82nd and Milton Street.
A man was found wounded just after 9:30 on Sunday night. He has been identified as 39-year-old Shaani Mohamed.
This marks the 22nd homicide of the year in Portland.
