Man Shot In North Portland Late Tuesday Night

PORTLAND, Ore. — Police are investigating a shooting in North Portland late Tuesday night.  Officers were dispatched to the area of North Fremont and Kerby Avenue just after 11:00pm.

A man was shot in the leg.  Officers applied a tourniquet to stop the bleeding.  The victim was transported to the hospital.  Their condition is unknown.

Police have not arrested the shooter and there is no description of the suspect.
