Man Killed In SE Portland Was Shot To Death

PORTLAND, Ore. — Investigators say a man found dead on Southeast 90th Place just north of Powell Boulevard on Sunday night was shot to death.
Police identified the victim on Wednesday as 31-year-old Samuel Feltis.
The Oregon State Medical Examiner’s Office found that Feltis was the victim of murder.
Investigators have not released information about a suspect.
