Man Dies In Second Shooting At Same Gresham Intersection Within One Week

GREESHAM, Ore. — A juvenile was arrested for shooting and killing a young man in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the night of May 25th in the second deadly shooting at the same intersection within one week.
23-year-old Antoine Archer of Vancouver died at the East Park Place Apartments just off Southeast 190th Avenue near Yamhill Street.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested on an accusation of murder in the second degree and unlawful use of a weapon. He’s being held in a juvenile detention facility.
This was the 8th homicide in Gresham this year.
One week prior, 55-year-old Leonard Madden died after being shot several times on May 18th.
