Man Dies After Being Rescued From Burning Home Off Hawthorne Blvd.

PORTLAND, Ore. — A man who was pulled from a burning home off Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard late Wednesday morning has died.
The 42-year-old was found in a bedroom on the second floor of the home on 48th Avenue, right behind the Space Room Lounge. He has not been identified.
Investigators say the fire was an accident, although a cause has not been identified.
