Man Accused Of Shooting Down Into Blue Heron Mill From Oregon City Promenade

OREGON CITY, Ore. – An 35-year-old man is accused of shooting a gun from the Oregon City promenade down into the Blue Heron Paper Mill.
Police responded to the area Sunday afternoon and quickly tracked down 35-year-old Timothy Miller.
Miller faces several charges.
No one was hurt.
