Mall Toucher Arrested

Portland, Ore – An arrest made in the case of a man who allegedly spent his Saturday inappropriately touch women at the Clackamas Town Center Barns & Nobel. On Wednesday Clackamas County Sheriff’s office received a call that a man who matched the suspect description. 38 year-old Justin Phelps was arrested on 10 charges of harassment. He was also named by numerous people who called in tips to the Sheriff’s office.
