BEAVERTON, Ore. — Lacey Beaty in her first term as the Mayor of the City of Beaverton spent some time with KXL’s Brett Reckamp talking about a number of issues.  She touched on the city’s new form of government, the incoming City Manager, growth, housing, local business, Covid-19 and even the proposed In-N-Out Burger on SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy.  But sorry, Mayor Beaty says she has no say in whether that popular fast food chain will put a new restaurant there, it’s a Washington County issue.
