PORTLAND, Ore. – Legacy Health has paused all non-surgical procedures for two weeks.
The hospital system says the move was made because it’s projecting an unprecedented number of hospitalizations due to COVID-19.
According to a press release, the pause will create bed capacity inside the hospitals for critically ill patients.
