Portland, Or. – The Oregonian/Oregon Live reports a judge has sent NBA star Kawhi Leonard’s lawsuit against Nike to federal court in Oregon. He had filed suit in federal court in Southern California. He claims Nike was wrong to copyright the Klaw logo he created when he was in college. Nike counter sued and claims it holds the rights to the claw logo and says its designers came up with it. Nike says it’s different than the one Leonard sent Nike when he was a Nike athlete.

The case will be heard by federal judge Michael Mosman.
