Journalist’s First Cookbook Will be Featured at Powell’s

Rachel Belle is a longtime journalist, formally a radio reporter, and now has a show on Cascade PBS called The Nosh.  She’s also a foodie whose podcast called YOUR LAST MEAL is pretty darned popular.   She’s written her first cookbook and it’s taken off with a bang and will be featured in the front window of Powell’s bookstore for the holiday season.  Rachel’s book OPEN SESAME, 45 Sweet and Savory Recipes for Tahini and All Things Sesame is one of Powell’s “40 Under $25” and will be displayed starting November 12th.  You can pre-order it now online here.
