Is climate change a threat to national security?

Lars brings on Ray Mabus, the Secretary of the Navy from 2009 to 2017 and currently serves on the board of Environmental Defense Fund, to discuss whether or not climate change is a national security issue.  According to Ray, advances in the field of environmental science would have some believe that climate change has lead to extreme weather conditions.  Listen below for more.
