PORTLAND, Ore.—The image has also been displayed by members of Antifa during violent protests in Portland and elsewhere. Earlier this year major league soccer prohibited it’s use and any other political messages. Now the MLS says it’s reviewing the code of contact policy. there was a conference call Tuesday between the timbers and Seattle sounders with the league . Those teams will be part of a committee to advise the MLS on the policy. The signage can return through the end of the 2019 and then it will be reviewed again.
