Portland, Ore. More than a hundred volunteers combed four parks Sunday looking for clues that could help police with their search for a missing University of Portland student. The group met at Peninsula Park to search for Owen Klinger who’s been missing for more than a week now. Owen told his roommates he was going to a LaCrosse team meeting, but never showed up. Flyers with Owen’s photo have been posted around areas like Grant High School where he was a student. The search group tells Newspartner KGW they’ll post any updates, including when they plan to search next on social media. There’s also a new Go-Fund-Me page setup for Owen and his family, that’s raised more than $11,000 dollars.
