Homicide In Richmond Neighborhood Under Investigation

Saturday evening, Portland Police were called out on reports of shots fired in the area of Southeast 48th Avenue and Southeast Division Street.
Later that evening a person who appeared to be shot according to police showed up to a local hospital, but did not survive.
Portland Police are investigating and asking anybody with information to come forward.
