Food Carts Broken Into Southeast Portland

PORTLAND, Ore.–9 food carts at Cartlandia on SE. 82nd Avenue were broken into overnight Sunday.  Owner Roger Goldingay says,”This poses a big hardship on small business owners trying to carve out a living during a pandemic.”  Some of the carts had video cameras.  Video could help police.

Some windows were broken, locks picked, and doors tampered with. Police are investigating.  Portland Marcado Food carts had the same thing happen last week.
