Fire Burns Through Former Joe’s Crab Shack On Vancouver Waterfront

VANCOUVER, Wash. — A fire burned through the building that housed Joe’s Crab Shack along the Vancouver waterfront on Monday morning.

Crews with Vancouver Fire were called out around 5:40am and found flames outside the building that were spreading inside.

The building’s sprinkler system was activated which helped control the damage.  It took nearly an hour to fully contain the fire.

The restaurant closed in May 2020.

There’s no word on the cause or amount of damage.
