Fake Gun, Man Arrested at Lloyd Center

22 year old Garrett Scott Gibson was booked into Multnomah Co Detention center this afternoon after officers responded to a report of a man with a gun inside Lloyd Center. The mall was in lock-down until the man came out of the mall and followed officers commands. It turned out to be a replica gun, but he did threaten someone as if it were a real gun. He faces several charges.
