Extreme Risk Level In Portland Pushed Diners To Vancouver

VANCOUVER, WA– Portland  and Multnomah, and Clackamas counties moving into the Extreme Risk Covid-19 levels did not stop people from eating out over the weekend.  KXL spoke with several customers of restaurants like, Beaches, Wild Finn, Crab Shack and others lining the waterfront. Many drove over the Interstate Bridge to be able to eat inside.  Wait times  to be seated ranged from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

In Portland , Extreme Risk covid-19 levels mean no inside dining. Seating outside was relaxed to allow 100 to sit outside and eat instead of 50.  Governor Kate Brown says Coronavirus numbers and hospitalizations will be reviewed weekly. Oregon may not fully open up until the middle of end of June.
