Three people who ate fresh ground beef from New Seasons Markets in Portland have become ill with E-Coli. The store has removed the product from its meat counters at the three affected stores because it may be contaminated. The meat was bought at the North Lombard, North Interstate and Cedar Hills stores between October 19th and 23rd. The Oregon Health Authority recommends customers who still have the ground beef throw it away immediately. Doctors say most healthy adults recover from E-Coli symptoms within a week.
