E.coli Prompts Closure Of Vancouver Lake To Swimmers

VANCOUVER, Wa. – Vancouver Lake is now closed to swimmers.

Clark County Public Health says an elevated level of E.coli bacteria has been found in the water.

The closure will stay in place until tests show decreased bacteria.

Vancouver Lake Regional Park remains open.

Park visitors may continue to fish in the lake, but should thoroughly clean all fish and equipment.
