Driver Dies After Crashing, Rolling Down Embankment On Marine Drive

PORTLAND, Ore. — A person died after losing control of their vehicle along Northeast Marine Drive early Monday morning.
The driver hit a parked vehicle that was not occupied near 112th Avenue just before 5:30am and rolled down an embankment.
Nobody else was involved in the crash. The victim has not yet been identified.
This marks Portland’s 34th traffic fatality of the year.
